Westover

Finance Director

 

Robin Glover serves as finance director for the City of Westover. A graduate of Fairmont State University with degrees in management and business, and also a registered nurse, Robin’s eighteen year career in Business Administration includes serving as treasurer/secretary of the Westover Sanitary Sewer Board. Robin is also a commissioned West Virginia notary public.
